Juventus Turin wirbt um Werders Diego
Der italienische Rekordmeister Juventus Turin hat ernsthaftes Interesse an Bremens Superstar Diego. Das bestätigte Werder Bremens Manager Klaus Allofs gegenüber der „Kreiszeitung Syke“. Erste Gespräche gab es wohl bereits zwischen Werder Bremen und Juventus Turin. Auch konkrete Zahlenangaben bezüglich einer Ablösesumme stehen schon im Raum. So fordert Werder Bremen angeblich 26 Millionen Euro an Ablösesumme, Juventus Turin bietet allen Anschein nach 20 Millionen Euro. Aber ob ein Wechsel von Diego wirklich realisiert wird, bleibt ungewiss. Allofs betonte dass Diego mindestens bis 2011 fest bei Werder Bremen eingeplant sei. Auch eine Verlängerung will Bremen nicht ausschließen. Diego selbst bestätigte Anfragen von weiteren ausländischen Clubs und deren Absicht, Ihn bei Werder aus dem Vertrag zu kaufen. Allerdings gab er kein Statement darüber welche Absichert er selbst verfolgt. Auf jeden Fall fühlt sich Diego nach eigenen Angaben sehr wohl bei Werder Bremen. „In Bremen sind alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt worden“, sagte er in einem Zeitungsinterview.
